I called Kim at the office to see about getting someone to come out to pump my tanks. Kim said they were booked up until Monday morning, but when i explained to her the toilets would not even flush, she said she would contact one of the drivers to try and work me in that day. Dalton and James made it to my house after they had obviously worked all day in this August heat.
They immediately began assessing the situation. After 5 minutes he told me the tanks were not full and it appeared i had an obstruction in the line right before the tank. They put a water hose in the clean out and after a couple of minutes the water began to flow freely. These guys are very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. it is so impressive that the entire company is very customer oriented. These people are great to work with.
This is the second time they have serviced my system and I absolutely would refer them to everyone. Great Job! Thanks to the entire company staff for the first class customer service. They should get TEN out of five stars!!!!!!!!

We had an emergency situation where we had back up in our yard after a hard rain and these guys sent their driver at a moment’s notice to help us! Zach was professional, fun and informative! Not to mention, the prices were extremely reasonable. We will be using Lone Star Septic again!

Lone Star septic is GREAT! We had a major septic problem 2 days before our family came in for the week. I called Lone Star and they were out here in a few hours. They fixed the problem and explained to my wife and I what happened. The owner, was very helpful and polite. I will always use this company and refer them.

Showed up within the scheduled time. Did a very good job! Showed me the empty tanks and showed me a small root growing in one of the tanks. Told me I can use root kill or copper sulfate to kill the root. Took good care of the grass. Both men were courteous, helpful, and provided tips to maintain the tanks for optimum efficiency. Mrs. Weirich was courteous and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I will definitely use their service again.
